Team Training (Adult)At The Garage, we do things a little differently. Our team training sessions have between six to eight members per class. You’ll receive personalized workouts and coaching at each of the sessions you attend. We’ll work with you to address any health or fitness issues you may be facing by helping you perfect your posture and technique.
In our Team Training classes, you’ll be inspired by those learning alongside you. The Garage works with people at various stages of fitness. Whether you’re new to working out or a long-time health nut, we’ll create a workout designed for you.
Building Athleticism (Youth)Much like our adult classes, we work with children at different stages of health to build athleticism. Whether they’re playing a sport or interested in building strength, we can create a routine that’s right for them. We limit each class to 10 students, so you can be sure your child is receiving great one-on-one coaching in a team environment. Come train with us four days a week to build coordination, agility and confidence.
